Floei.nl is responsible for your data. Below, short and honest, is what we keep, why, and your rights. Questions? Email hello@floei.nl.
What we keep
Your email address (needed), and if you fill them in, your first name and your answers (your crew + what brings you aboard). Plus your fleet number, your language, when you signed up and, if you arrived via a campaign or share link, where you came from. Nothing more.
Why, and on what basis
To send you the confirmation and the telltales, based on your consent (double opt-in). And to run the site, prevent abuse and see how the fleet grows, based on our legitimate interest.
Consent
You sign up yourself and confirm by email (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe any time via the link at the bottom of every email, as easy as signing up. We stop right away.
Cookies and measuring
We measure how the teaser does (pageviews and the funnel steps), but privacy-friendly: no trackers, on EU servers, and without storing anything on your device. That's why there's no cookie banner. The only things we do store are functional: a cookie for your language choice and, after you confirm, a short session so you can share your pass. We tie measurements to your fleet number, never to your email.
Who we share with
We never sell your data. We do use a few suppliers to run this: for email, hosting, the database and abuse protection. Some are outside the EU (US); that's covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
Retention
If you don't confirm, we delete your sign-up (within 30 days at most). If you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum needed to not email you again. Otherwise we keep your data until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer or object to your data, and withdraw your consent. Email hello@floei.nl; we respond as soon as we can, within one month at most. If you disagree with something, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
